Recently after some strange fight that should have ended four months ago my character was drawn being shot in the head. I'm asking the DA Community if being drawn against your will is approved or not. Now I'm just a writer, and I don't do much sketches, but this character in question belongs to me. I have commissioned said artist in the past, but because of fights, she believes that it's right to draw my character in this sense.

I understand sketching for hatreds sake, but I'm asking you, the people who view my page. 'Is it right to draw someone against their will?' one artist has stated that it's not against the rules. However, bringing in common logic, would me drawing someone else without their permission be considered a breaking of the rules?

Now if it's a normal piece of artwork that's approved by both parties, it shouldn't cause much trouble. Drawing in question done by Night-Eco was of my character being murdered, my name being slandered, and my potential beloved being insulted. Not only that, but her comment was negative towards me and degrading to herself in the sense she wrote it. I have taken the normal action and wait for options, but I'm looking for insight. One commenter (Whom I sent a note to) did say she required no permission, and insulted my grammar. Apparently insulting grammar is always important to the conversation at hand, but moving on.

I don't enjoy coming onto Deviant Art, welcoming back an artist, and later being drawn being shot in the head. Not only is this picture something that was posted shortly after a four month old argument being recreated, but it had to have been drawn beforehand. Details in the picture alone show she'd had drawn it, and been waiting this entire time for a way to submit it.

Regardless, if I am insulted, degraded, and even murdered in a picture against my will. Is that something I have to accept, or is there a logical answer that I can request the picture to be removed? I would have requested its removal, but the artist blocked me shortly afterward. I find the whole issue not only humiliating on her part, but also insulting towards me when I have done nothing to her.

Prior to the pictures submission there was another pointless argument. Hence one reason it was submitted, as her 'Artist Comments' were directed towards me. I don't need people involved with the argument, as it's too old and surprisingly still alive in her eyes. As on my end not only have I attempted to forget the fight, but I have even moved onto more interesting things. None dramatic things, to say the least, are always more interesting.
